Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation Policy –

To cancel an order you have placed with The Vintage Co., you must contact customer support by email (sales@thevintagecompany.com) or by phone (818-951-1776).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Stock Policy –

To ensure the highest possible quality of our candles, they are not poured until ordered.  This eliminates scent loss from the candles sitting on a shelf for months. 
Most times of the year your candle will be poured within 5 business days of you order.  During heavy traffic times, such as holidays it can be up to 10 business days.  We will notify you by email if we except any delay, at which point you may cancel your order if you choose.

Online Return & Exchange Policy –

The Vintage Company offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on every product* we offer. Please contact customer service at sales@thevintagecompany.com or call us at 818-951-1776 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date if you need to return an item.

We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.
IMPORTANT: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.

*Private label and custom candle orders are non-refundable.  Before producing candles we will receive an approved proof of the label.
